Welcome To TrialSphere
TrialSphere Clinical Research (formerly MD First Research Chandler) was established in 2017. Our primary focus has been on neurological studies, particularly in the realm of dementia research. Over time, we have broadened our work to include studies in additional therapeutic areas. From our roots at the Brain and Spine Center, our journey led us to our private site in Chandler, Arizona, where our studies now span dementia and other chronic conditions, including migraines, neuropathy, and diabetes. Through impactful clinical research, our team has helped shape clinical practice and patient care, contributing to new treatments such as Droxidopa and Rimegepant and advancing brain imaging for Alzheimer’s disease. We are focused on enhancing patient well-being and advancing medical research. Our team of Nurse Practitioners and Physicians work seamlessly with sponsors and patients to enhance the study experience, driving medical progress and improving patient care.
